Just Say No to NorthPoint took its cause to the West Side of Joliet on Thursday urging people to call on the City Council to slow down a pending vote on the industrial project now scheduled for March 17.
“This project is absolutely massive,” Delilah LeGrett told an audience of about 75 people at the Knights of Columbus Hall on 129th Infantry Drive. “And it would be irresponsible to move forward until all the affected taxing bodies and residents are allowed to have input.” ….
