FINAL VOTE – NORTHPOINT DEVELOPMENT IN JOLIET

We have received confirmation that NorthPoint Development’s request for the rezoning of 103 acres that we believe will lead to the entire 2,200+ acre Compass Business Park will go before the Joliet council at the upcoming pre-council and council meetings on November 18th and 19th, respectively.
The Council Meeting will be for public comments and for the final vote. This will be held on Tuesday, November 19th at 6:30pm.
According to Kendall Jackson, annexations are the only agenda items that are published (notification in the newspaper; letters sent out to homeowners in the notification zone). As such, there will be no formal notification to homeowners about the final vote. Please alert your neighbors and urge them to attend!
