Public Hearing for NorthPoint property located on the south side of Breen Road, east of Rowel, west of Ridge roads. Petition is for the rezoning of 103 acres from residential to I-1 (Industrial). This property is just outside the original Compass Business Park footprint, but could potentially connect. This is not to be taken lightly.
