Application Filed With County Today
NorthPoint Development has filed an application for rezoning with Will County (July 30, 2018) for 670 acres in unincorporated Jackson Township. Essentially, NorthPoint is starting their process over in a desperate attempt to get their project approved after failing to do so in Elwood.
Make no mistake, we will be out in force to fight this monstrosity and the determent that it would be to our community. We have anticipated their comeback and are at the ready to fight this development.
While Labor appears to be blind to the falsehoods that NorthPoint purports, we have investigated the truth. Just recently in Michigan, Labor is fighting the promises that never came to fruition. NorthPoint Development continues to try and do things through shady deals behind the curtain — but we will prevail.
This is the time to contact your local county officials to voice your opposition to this project — and continue to do so until you have no voice left.
