NorthPoint Development previously submitted an incomplete application to Will County for a reduced-size Compass Business Park. They have completed their application with the county and will await a hearing date, likely not to be scheduled until 2019 due to the current hearing schedule.

The project will dump all traffic onto Manhattan Road, allowing semi-truck traffic to enter through Manhattan as well as Route 53.
