The Village of Elwood is moving forward with the controversial Compass Business Park, despite facing fierce local opposition, two lawsuits, no approval for a bridge, and an incomplete traffic study. The hearing for the annexation agreement for Compass Business Park will be held on Monday, April 23rd at 4:00 pm at the Elwood School. That’s right: four o’clock in the afternoon, when most residents will still be at work.
