Recommended by the Joliet Planning Commission on February 24th, 2020, this will go before the Joliet City Council on March 17th.
Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation: As per the City of Joliet press conference held on March 16th, 2020 at 2 PM, public hearings (including NorthPoint) will remain on the agenda. However, no action or vote will be taken. The hearing will be continued at a later date (to be announced).
