- Manhattan School District 114
- Elwood Fire Protection District
Formal Letters of Opposition to the Compass project have been filed by the Village of Elwood and the Village of Manhattan with Will County.
The Village of Elwood has pending litigation that is in opposition to the project and the Village of Manhattan issued this statement on September 30, 2020.
